I just looked at the calendar for the sports events and all of the events you’ve assigned me, except the football game on the 19th, I cannot attend.
I am available every wednesday at any time, and every other weekday only until 4 or after 7. If there are any games on weekends, i can attend those too.
If you could please assign me other games, that would be great!

Hello, my name is maria and you assigned me to cover the B V Bowl and G V Bowl games on the 4th ,11th and 18th of September. I cannot cover the games that are on Thursday since I now have a math tutor on Thursdays. I am terribly sorry! I hope it is not too much of an inconvenence!!

I will not be able to cover the Tuesday, September 25, 2007 game because afterschool i have an aspira meeting from 2:30 to 3:30 , sorry for the inconvenience , However i can cover the Thursday, October 4,2007 game

and i see that i’m covering the Boys varsity cross country oct/16th. is there anything else i can cover that starts earlier than that or something.
and second of all, i already know i cannot cover the football game on oct/26 from 7pm-10pm. sorry.
