Last week the residents of Prairie Ave. ,the area surrounding Miami Beach Senior High, complained that they were having flooding problems, These problems were caused because during the construction the Miami Beach High parking lot was raised in order to prevent it from flooding but then flooded the houses around it. The workers are now building a swale on the southeast side of Prairie Ave. to solve this problem. The swale will take 3-4 months to finish.
